Model C5112/C5116/C5120/C5123/C5126 single column vertical lathe is a program-controlled single-column vertical lathe. Controlled by domestic servo system. Tool post movement is with two coordinate axes that can be linked, X and Z. Both use AC servo motors to drive the tool post (X axis) and the ram (Z axis) to move through the high-precision ball screws. In order to protect against power failure, the Z-axis motor is equipped with a brake.

Single column vertical lathe is suitable for high-speed steel cutter, carbide cutter and all kinds of high performance cutter, which can make rough and finish turning for inside and outside cylindrical, conical, end face, grooving and etc.



 



The tool post and ram moving guide rails adopts wear-resistant soft belt/scraped boron cast iron, which improves the wear resistance of the guide rail and has stable and reliable accuracy. The lubrication of the tool post guide rail adopts a centralized lubrication station fixed-range quantitative automatic lubrication system, and the stainless steel protective plate has a beautiful and clean appearance.



 



The main drive is driven by the main motor, and the worktable is driven by a gear box, with hydraulic parking and shifting. The spindle of the worktable is equipped with a high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearing whose inner ring has a taper, and the radial clearance can be adjusted to ensure the spindle to work smoothly at high speeds.



 



The beam is enlarged by a hydraulic cylinder through a lever, and the inclined iron is pushed to firmly clamp the beam on the column. Loosen the inclined iron and turn on the beam lifting motor to move the beam to a suitable processing position. The machine control panel is placed on the protective cover, and various information commands and data required can be displayed on the LCD.



 



The crossbeam moves up and down on the column guide rail, and the crossbeam beam is raised and lowered by a single screw. A safety floating nut device is installed on the beam to ensure accurate, safe and reliable work during the lifting process of the beam. The beam is enlarged on the column by a hydraulic cylinder through a lever and pushed by the inclined iron to clamp or loosen it. The clamping mechanism has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient maintenance and operation.

Place the adjusting wedge near the foot screw of machine tool, put the machine tool on the adjusting wedge, adjust well the perpendicularity for the installation level and vertical column guide way of machine tool. (Put the level instrument on the flat ruler and lean against the vertical column guide way separately, take Max. the algebraic difference of them).



 



Pouring the concrete in the foundation hole after adjusting well. After the concrete is hardened, fasten the foot screw, and check basic precision of machine tool again, connect the electric circle as per the electric connecting drawing, and check that the rotation direction of main motor should be in conformity with the arrow in the belt cover. Check whether the movement direction for the rapid feed and beam lifting is correct, then check comprehensively the precision of machine tool as per certificate of accuracy of this machine tool.
